Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return, email info@arcformwear.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide return instructions and an authorized return address. Please do not send goods back without authorization.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and include original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable import charges for change-of-mind returns.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details. We’ll review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time may vary by payment provider and financial institution.

Statutory consumer rights, including rights applicable in the EU/EEA, are not affected.
