Return & Refund Policy

ARC FORM operates as a wholesale and private label clothing supplier.

Due to the nature of wholesale and customized production orders, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

For approved samples or standard products, customers must contact ARC FORM within 7 days after receiving goods if there are quality issues.

Customized, private label, or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Before production, all product specifications, quantities, sizing, colors, and branding requirements will be confirmed with the customer.
