Shipping

ARC FORM orders are dispatched from Guangdong, China.

Available shipping methods, delivery estimates and charges are displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Delivery may vary based on destination, carrier capacity, customs clearance and other local circumstances.

Once dispatched, we’ll email tracking information to the address used for your order.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply depending on destination. Where these are not shown as included at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return, email info@arcformwear.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide return instructions and an authorized return address. Please do not send goods back without authorization.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and include original tags and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and any applicable import charges.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details. We’ll review and provide a resolution.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected, to the original payment method. Statutory consumer rights, including rights applicable in the EU/EEA, are not affected.
